We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. To ensure we can accommodate all clients and maintain our schedule, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 

48-Hour Cancellation: If cancellation is made less than 48  hours, the entire fee of $150.00 (online) or $300.00 (in-person) will be forfeited. 

24-Hour Cancellation: If cancellation is made less than 24 hours, fifty percent of the fee will be forfeited. 

Exceptions: In certain cases, such as emergencies, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
